Adaptive reuse of a 9,600 square foot, 75- year old brick mill building into Class A commercial office space, coupled with a storage facility and millwork shop for the primary tenant. 

Design incorporates the existing original maple flooring carefully restored, and exposed exterior brick wall to obtain a classic New England look.  New operable windows in perimeter offices with central open common area. Installation of custom designed furniture throughout, including offices, reception area counter and common spaces. 

Worked with Architect to maximize unique design characteristics, aesthetics and functionality.
